UMS started on the other side of the table. For years, our team worked inside software publisher audit and licensing motions, learning how vendors frame usage, contracts, and compliance exposure.

Then we switched sides. We took 25+ years of licensing and negotiation experience and built a firm dedicated to helping organizations control software cost, defend audits, and negotiate from a stronger fact base. We became the White Hats of software licensing.
